LeSsOn TiMe... SHHHHHH !!!

Harlow !! school has been boring.........zzzzzzz as i said, there is this Singaporean prof who is teaching us and he's SUPER OLD and BORING.... sigh.... and i'm not particularly interested in this subject either.... strategic management.... can really fall asleep during class... haha and the class is 4 hrs long here, with a 30 mins break in between.... we ended early yesterday though, phew.... today's human resource manangment class was not so bad... at least it was more interesting that the singaporean prof's classes..... oh and this gal "shhed" the people from behind coz they were making a lot of noise.... funny... haha different culture i guess... hehe

some cultural clashes... shall put this here for my learning journal which i have to compile later as well.... you guys can skip this part... hehe... think that we are really used to convenience in singapore... we have lifts and escalators everywhere.... and we do not have hills to climb up.... except for Bukit timah... which really cannot be considered a hill.... well... people here are used to walking, unlike us, possible because singapore is so small too.... also, i realized that the laptop culture is specific to SMU students.... ahah people rarely use laptops here and there is not wireless connection in the classroom... smart of them to do so i would say... haha and they are more concerned about the environment, or at least they seem so... haha i learnt today that switzerland also has a ecological deficit, and so does Singapore... hehe... they take more from the environment than they return... but yah.... they are quite particular about garbage disposal and recycling.....

went out for dinner with Gillian today.... had a kebab which cost me 8 francs.... super ex.....hahha and i didn't even finish it coz it was HUGE...... yup.... planning to go to austria next week or so..... hopefully we can find our way there... oh and Crystal.... if you are reading this, we are planning to go to the neuschwanstein castle as well.... will update you if we do.... :)

yup, looking forward to my first german class tmr morning !! haha at least i won't be so lost..... had our first case study discussion today.... we supposed to propose a asian product to be marketed in europe.... our group thought of a asian board game cafe..... which serves chinese herbal tea to "pu shen" ahhha weird.... cannot really imagine setting one up... but it would be quite fun to do so.... though i dunno whether it will be widely accepted here... ok this post is getting kinda long....so... bye for now...
