Hey guys !! I've finally decided to post up something after being MIA for so long..... haha anyway... i'm going to get a puppy :) !!! and its a golden retriever one at that.... my favourite dog..... yeah.... my mum's friend's dog recently gave birth to 5 puppies.... and they are ADORABLE.... !!! my mum emailed me in US to tell me abt this and said that she's giving/selling away the puppies so we could discuss whether we could have one when we came back...I thought that there was no possiblility of getting one as my dad absolutely detests dogs and my grandma is allergic to them though she used to own one before... and a super fierce dog at that ( according to my dad ) but i talked to him and apparently he said yes ( surprise !! christmas/brithday come early this year !! ) though he won't allow the dog in the house ( an absolute NONO ) ... and the puppy is on trial for a few weeks before its officially mine.... so anyway..... I went down one day to take a look at them... haha there were 2 puppies left 1 boy and 1 girl.... we picked the girl one and she has this cute weird shaped tail.... hahaha the only thing is that when she gets her period ( yes dogs do get periods..... ) we have to be super careful.... one option is to spay it... and according to the book that i was reading it is a good option as it lowers the risk of the dog getting some diseases and that there isn't really much harm in doing the surgery... we just have to make sure that the dog is well takewn care of pre and post surgery..... I went down to PS to get the leash and collar and there's still a whole lot more stuff to buy before we take the puppy home.... which is this coming thurs..... :) will let you guys come and see the dog after I've trained him properly k :) Lots of discipline and training on my part........ i'm just hoping that my grandma won't spoil the whole routine by feeding the dog table scraps and all that.... its not only bad for the dogs health but also makes it harder to train the dog..... dunno how to tell her that though.... she will still insist that its ok and that it didn't do any damage to her dog and all that .... sigh..... anyway.... let's think positive and hope that everything goes well..... bet my house will be a mess for the first few weeks..... at least my porch area.... hahaa that's why i'll only invte you guys to see the dog after its trained..... hee.... anyway..... there'll be lots of tough times and fun times !! Have to learn to be more responsible now.... haha ( think that'll happen ? ) and i have yet to choose a name for the puppy....

As for school.... its worse than usual..... homework, reports and projects till no end.... yup....sigh..... its getting crazier by the semester.... have been super busy these few weeks with meetings and the arts fest stuff.... the shows were not bad ... they had this dance cum fashion show which was rather intersting ....and they also had this musical penned by 2 SMU students which was pretty cool, they joined drama and music together.... though i thought they could have brought in some change of scenery and stuff but u have to give them credit for all they acheived in such a short period of time and guess what... Babes was the musical director.... ahha she helped my JC choir for our SYF and continued as our conductor after that... wonder if she's still there though... didn't see her yesterday.... maybe she couldn't make it or something... anyway.. that's all for now !! signing off....
