KiDs ! :)

Went down to Children's Aid Society ( CAS) this morning. The kids there are super hyperactive, at least the ones that we met today... played some games with them, they were really competitive and a few fights broke out along with many complaints. The smaller kids were mostly overshadowed by the bigger ones especially during the games... we were playing dog and bone and this small girl was a bit blur and forgot her number and didn't go up to grab the bone... and she was scolded quite badly by her group members... hai sad man. Went to Ngee Ann Poly for lunch with my ltb group after that.... WAH... the food there is so much better and cheaper than SMU ! 1 big plate of spaghetti cost only $1.80! hmmph ! why must SMU be so expensive... NP was having their open house today so it was rather crowded... went to their bookstore to get some stationary items for the kids at CAS... the things there were rather cheap too ! Went to see Hotel Rwanda with Sherry today at West Mall the show was very touching its about how this 1 guy managed to shelter a whole lot of refugees and brought them to safety. There was a massive civil war between the Hotus'and the Tutsi rebels and a horrible massacre was taking place in Rwanda and the best part was... nobody esp the whites really wanted to help them! despite all the media attention they were getting, they only evacuated the white people and once that was over, the whites just left the country! hmmph and there was this scene where the whites were on the bus ready to be evacuated and they still had the cheek to take pictures of all the people standing there... and there was even a DOG being evacuated also! sad man ... well at least there was this white guy who tried to help them but then again, he wasn't in Rwanda and need not put his life in danger to help them... hai sad man.... on a different note, the cinema there was rather empty, next time public holiday should go there and watch... not so many people...yesterday, orchard road was terrible lar ! SO CROWDED ! next time public holiday shall AVOID orchard road liao... the jam there was HORRENDOUS ! oh.. yesterday i was SUPER blur lar... supposed to have TWC meeting but i completely forgot about it! so i happily told my comms group that i was free on fri morning and we decided to meet... opps... haha then MAJOR CLASH! In the end, i left halfway through the comms meeting and was horribly late for the TWC one... a big sorry to all my group members... ! Hope you guys are not too pissed with me...
